Raglan-set sleeves make this a great cut for a wide range of sizes as the diagonal cut makes it wearable by shoulder widths narrow to wide. Waist ties at the side adjust the waist inward if necessary, and also make a very cute waist decoration!

I bought this brand new from Baby the Stars Shine Bright, and wore it about three times. It's been dry cleaned and pressed, and although it has been worn, it is in like-new condition! I still have the tags and can include them with the shipment if requested.
