Minor damage: loose threads/damage to the inner lining of the petticoat.
Threads on the clasp of the dress have become loose.
There is a small black mark on the inner lining of the petticoat. The threads on one side of the petticoat have unraveled; I'm sure someone with decent sewing skills should be able to repair this. Measurements:
Bust: 88 cm/ 34 in MAX ( there is no shirring)
Length: 90cm/ 36 in
Sleeve Length without detachable sleeves: 22 cm/ 9 in
Sleeve Length with detachable sleeves: 60 cm/ 24 in
