Comes with detachable sleeves (not shown). Has a small stain on the lace (front bodice). Picture is shown. OP has no shirring, but fairly forgiving for chesty girls. Waist ties are already attached to the dress and are NOT detachable. I am it's second owner. Otherwise dress is in great shape. Still very lovely and the details are gorgeous.
