The skirt is in great condition with no stains/tears. It has a side zipper and button, detachable waist-ties, and tulle attached to the lining to give it shape, and the print features trick-or-treaters, ghosts, and animals. The shirring in the back has been snipped, and I've shortened it from its original length.
