Old school dress from 2002. No shirring- max bust 34 inches
It has a detachable bustle and comes with its own matching petticoat. The green color appears slightly faded near the hem (it came that way when I purchased it secondhand). I'm not sure if this is due to long-term sunlight exposure or if the fabric was originally made like that.
