I didn't find this skirt on Lolibrary but I would guess it was made around 2000 or earlier.
There is some pilling overall, shown in the detail photos.
A previous owner cut off the tulle on the lining, which has caused wear on the inside of the skirt from the raw edge (last photo).
Please check the measurements as it is quite short/small! There is no elastic in the waistband, I would recommend for max 63 cm waist.
