Bought used off mercari, never worn by me. Is in very good condition, no damages or fading, shirring is still in good condition. I have absolutely no clue what release version this is. Does not come with waist ties but I do have spare waist ties that would match perfectly if you just need waist ties. 

This is not shirring princess (princess shirring?) there's no bustle in the back. 

I am willing to trade for the all black version.
