Insurance and parcel value: I do not mark the value of the parcel for less than purchase. I am strict on this after an incident with a parcel having been damaged, the buyer claimed through PayPal a full refund despite saying "I will be responsible" leaving me out of pocket hundreds of dollars. For the same reason, parcels valued more than 100AUD must be insured.
Packaging: items requiring bubble wrapping and/or a box may incur additional handing expenses though I do my best to recycle packaging to avoid additional expenses. Please let me know if you have any specific shipping/packaging instructions
