I am not 100% sure what the name of this skirt is, but it resembles Baby’s floral pattern frill skirt a lot!! I purchased this off of Wunderelt, It fit me a little tight so the waistband is a tiiiny bit worn out, and the button to close the skirt is a tad bit lose but still able to close. 

I do not ship outside of the U.S.
