I bought this beautiful blouse in 2009 (at the BtSSB opening in San Francisco) and wore it once, but it's in excellent condition with no flaws. This is the original chiffon that Baby used to use for blouses, very fine and silky to the touch-- not cheap feeling like some of the budget blouses released in the following years. The ruffled neckline and cuffs are cinched in with ribbons like drawstrings, so you can actually make the neckline opening smaller or larger. This feature is pretty handy if you want to showcase a necklace, or if you want to pair the blouse with a jsk that has wider straps. Also worth noting are the embroidered net lace, and the pearl buttons going down the back. No shirring, but it's very loose and comfortable (not meant to be worn at max measurements).

I wasn't able to find this blouse on lolibrary, but I remember it was called the Elise blouse (not to be confused with the Elise Babydoll blouse)! I did manage to find a stock photo of the black colorway, so I included that along with two of my coordinate photos using this blouse.
