Used and perhaps slightly faded, but otherwise in a good condition!
I had a really hard time tracking this down to a specific lolibrary listing, as there are a few entries with the Double Collar, Sleeve-Pintrucks etc. yet none of them truly fit with the lace-, button- and cuff combo this blouse has. That specific rose lace(without a b-emblem) appears in pieces as early as 2003 as well as the cute flower buttons, but it could be from the late 00s/early 10s as well.

Waist: 85 cm, probably 3-4cm more possible
Length: 42-46 cm
Sleeve Length: 58 cm
