Hi! Before I place the bid, I would like to check if the waist ties for the dress are there, and the condition of the dress? Is it very used, and if damage needs to be reported?

The waist ties are there, just not visible in the photos. There are no marks or damages at all. I only tried the dress on, never worn outside :)
