The waist is a mock corset (no boning) and elastic panel in the back

I purchased this new in store in 2015 and never wore it, only tried it on a few times.  No known flaws or problems.

Sizing per lolibrary reads a bit small.  I would say max waist is 30 inches
Note that there is no zipper so you have to be able to pull it on over your head over hips
