This is the refund procedure for the lost package (only if the blame is on French post office)
I can only refund the buyer the declared amount,
after filing complaint at France post office which then they confirm that the package is lost on their fault (takes about 21days)
after the confirmation, the post office will give me(seller) the refund (declared price) in cheque.
I always keep in touch with the buyer.
I will message the buyer the cheque has arrived and put it in my bank account.
when the amount comes through, finally I can give the buyer a refund.
