I've had this for a while but never wore it because it doesn't sit well on me. I have tried to find the item in question in the lolibrary database but I was unsuccessful. I did find similar items!
From my research this is a cutsew OP and judging from the design, it must be pretty old. I am not the first owner and I think it was used a lot of time as it shows some wear. For example, it seems it has been washed if you look at the lace on the bottom and on the collar of the dress. The arm lace is different and seems to have resisted to change. There's some pilling here and there. I see no visible stain.
Overall I like to think this OP is still quite wearable. It has shirring on the front and can accommodate larger size (I have a bust of about 104 cm for reference). I think it is quite short though, but it would make sense as it is a "cutsew" OP.
It comes with the sleeves and their "ribbon", the neck ties (which are removable) and there are waist ties as big as the neck ties (can't be removed).
I live in a non-smoking house, but I have a cat. The item has never been in contact with it because it has been stored in a bag, but keep that some hair can be attached. I spy some on the closeup picture of the lace! I will try my best to remove it!
