*DAMAGED* Navy Clockwork Teaparty Skirt
*DAMAGED* Has yellowing on the back due to palm-sized tea(?) stains (washed mostly out and not noticeable when worn) and a printing defect where there were two tiny spots of loose dye I found while trying to wash the stain out. One on the front and one on the back in the exact same place on the print near the waistband. Lolibrary measurements list the waist as 60-97cm but I'd say to be comfortable you'd want to be under 80cm.
