For sale is baby the stars shine bright's circus print tutu jsk from 2009. Bought from Japan a few months ago, not sure how many owners its had before me.
Comes with matching headbow, waist ties, and detachable bow.
Damages: very faded in many spots (see pictures of the worst), and probably a smell to it (when I received it it smelled heavily of nice perfume but now I can't smell it anymore but perhaps someone with a sensitivity to smells could) and its a bit wrinkled.
Please refer to lolibrary link for sizing, at a 34" bust and 28" waist, it fits me perfectly.
