22-22.5cm, good condition!

Just received in the mail from another Lolita on LM; unfortunately these are too tight! Previous owner wore them a few times and there are signs of wear, but overall they still look good !

I would imagine these are smaller than 23cm, around 22-22.5cm, as I fit into BTSSB’s Heart Princess Pumps in size M, which are around 23-23.5cm.
