This is a 2012 re-releases of an older Baby piece from 2002. The waistband is half shirred so you get the advantage of a comfy fit but a nice smooth front. The skirt is in great condition but does not come with the detachable bow, I never had it and I bought this secondhand so I don't know what happened to it. There are no flaws but this is used so there is somewhat of a feeling of wear, but nothing specific.
The waist stretches up to about 100cm as measured by me, I could be off by a cm or two as it is hard to measure shirring. The skirt is about 52.5 cm long including the lace
