The condition is reflected in the price.. the lace is quite beautiful, despite the discolouration

Damage:
1. Worn/faded black colour & scuffing -- I feel this is due to washing, but since this is black cotton, I feel you could fix this using a home technique!
2. A button on the left sleeve is missing -- easy replaced!
3. Overall wrinkled and could do with steaming -- I didn't do that since it'll be smushed in the mail anyway :)
4. Overall loose threads/wear

Measurements:
I would advise a bicep around 25cm or less for a comfortable fit. The sleeves are stretchy, but the elastic is quite tight!
Max bust size I would say around 90cm... these are all amateur hand measurements, so please keep that in mind!!!
