2.) I will ship overseas for a flat rate, through USPS with a tracking number only, starting at $30 USD and an additional $10 per item and I will mark an item down. HOWEVER, I will not provide refund for an item which gets lost in the mail, since I have had it happen that it takes many months for my items to reach the buyer, so what I mean to say is, please buy overseas at your own risk!
