I am this piece's first owner. I have worn it often, but it no longer fits my style. 
Overall it is in good condition-- structurally there are no issues, it does not exhibit any yellowing. PLEASE NOTE, however, there is a stain on this dress! It is located right below the waist bow on the front and is pictured in the 2nd image. It also probably needs to be ironed, as it has been in storage for a while. 
I believe it was soy sauce. A more experienced launderer may have more success with removing it. 

This dress will come with its matching headbow (not pictured).
