Baby the Stars Shine Bright border print skirt in the pink colorway

Bought damaged from Wunderwelt. It has various small stains, as pictured. Some brown ones around the middle and some little grey ones around the hem. I haven't tried removing them, myself. Includes the detachable waist ties. It is lined and partially shirred.
