Blouse name / associated release is unknown. Picked up second hand from original owner, who originally bought it in the Baby SF store in 2011. It has a stain on the collar that I have not tried to get out (as seen in pics). It's likely makeup. Perfect item for the lolita who knows what they're doing when it comes to removing stains and who wants a good deal on a name brand blouse.
