Baby the stars shine bright black velveteen skirt very good condition, no flaws that I can see. I can’t find it on lolibrary, but the listing I bought it from had measurements listed at 62cm waist and 52cm length. I would say the waist is fairy true to size, I have a 60cm waist and it fits but I think anyone much larger would have issues with the fit. It’s a lovely skirt, but I never wear it and the weather where I am only gives me a few chances throughout the year.

Please note this item is very heavy, so I am not looking to sell outside of the USA. Shipping to other countries for a heavy item like this would be around $60.
