Used Baby the Stars Shine Bright velvet scallop skirt

Baby the Stars Shine Bright velvet scallop skirt in black. THE SKIRT DOES come with waist ties! I forgot to take the picture with them.






The skirt is too small for me. I tried to wear twice, bought used but still barely worn, great condition. Laying flat it measures about 12 in a half inches at most...so basically fits a 25 inch waist. There is No stretch. There was a small mark on the front of the skirt that I managed to remove basically all of. I am pretty sure if you know how to clean velvet better than I, it should be easy to completely remove. It is honestly barely noticeable and I had to use flash camera to make it easier to even spot. There is a loose thread on the bottom lace as well (refer to photos). Otherwise, all in great condition. I will lint roll before sending out. (Moved from a house that had cats, now in a house with a dog- in case of allergy concerns...but I do live in a back house separate from the main house with the dog, and the skirt has been stored in a area closed inward. No smoke environment.)
