IMPORTANT: I purchased this from Wunderwelt, and the elastic was completely stretched out. I have added a button and buttonholes to the elastic so that it can be adjusted to a wide range of sizes. It can accommodate a waist of 26 inches to 38 inches. Elastic can also be sewn permanently to preferred size, or replaced altogether.
