Picked this up on a whim at Closet Child in Osaka this past summer. It is too small for me, I have a 97cm bust. The shirt almost looks like a belly shirt on me, so I'd recommend someone petite.
It's super cute and simple, with a slight poof at the top of the sleeves for a more princess-y look.
