This is a cute, peter pan collard blouse with no shirring, but there are waist ties to tighten it if desired. The pink is very, very light and almost white under some lighting conditions.

This was sold to me as NWOT, and the extra button is still sewn onto the tag inside the blouse. I have not worn this myself, I only tried it on! I see no unusual stains, but the buttonholes have had some threads torn loose and the collar is quite wrinkled (I've included a close-up picture). It may be repairable, but as I don't have an iron, I haven't had the opportunity to try.

I couldn't find this blouse on Lolibrary, so all measurements are flat amateur measurements and should be taken with a +/- 2cm allowance. I also don't have an idea of how old this blouse actually is.
