hi,the straps are,adjustable because I already packed the dress, so I couldn't take how long the body length is, but I do measure another same shape and size dress, the length from top to waist line is about 18 cm,and the waist line is right under the bust. It should be fit bust size c or d,for higher I don't know. But high waist dress is not so friendly to big bust people,but the size should be fit. I hope my answer would help you.
