Beautiful old school skirt by Baby the Stars Shine Bright, purchased from a user on Mercari. The skirt is NWOT by me because it turned out to be a bit too sweet for my taste. It is in perfect condition and looks entirely new, which is wild for its age (originally released in 2004). The skirt has both original waist ties and a built in petticoat. There is some shirring in the waist so it stretches a bit. Please let me know if you have any questions :)
