Everything comes from a smoke-free home. I do have cats, but all my Lolita is kept away from them and most of my stuff is kept at my parent's, which is smoke-free and pet-free. I also don't use any perfume or air fresheners because I'm allergic to strong scents myself.

The measurement is 29in, but the fit might allow you to fit. My waist is currently 29in and it fits with a little wiggle room, so the dress may fit a 30in waist. It would depend on your body structure (it's easier to fit if you have a narrower rib cage compared to a large rib cage), but I find that the elastic shoulders help a lot since it allows you to wear the dress the way it best fits your torso. =)

My rib cage is large, so lets say if i were to loose weight I think my rib cage would probably show. I am curious though if it is possible lol. I don't want to loose weight though to a point where my ribs would show x___X
