I got this secondhand on Fril, but it unfortunately didn't suit me so I'm parting with it. I've only tried it on once myself (after washing and ironing), but I don't know how many owners had it before me.

Since this piece is older, the lace has developed a few loose threads, and the white neck tie has some permanent wrinkles on the portion that's meant to be tied (I couldn't get them out with ironing), so I've marked it as minor damage. The dress is otherwise in great condition despite its age, with no yellowing of the white or fading of the black parts at all.

The inside is lined on the skirt portion, and the official bust and waist measurements are accurate (91cm bust, 77cm waist, no shirring). At 156cm, the dress hits me right at the top of the knee, so it won't be too short if you're taller. Both the white neck tie and the black belt are removable, and it unbuttons all the way down so you can show off a cute underdress if you want! Great for oldschool sailor coords for the summer!
