What is the minor damage? and is the lace yellowed? hard to tell in the pics. Thank you!

I will take better photos tonight or tomorrow. The lace at the top is slightly dingy compared to the lace at the bottom, but they are not significantly yellowed. I listed it as damaged because it looks like the elastic in the straps has been replaced at some point. And since the garment is 12 years old, there are probably things I didn’t notice, too.
