Bought second hand and only tried it on. It's stunning, but I cannot come up with a coord I like so I decided to let it go. The belt is separated from the skirt. It has a slight black stain on the side, I have no clue where it came from (bought it as is). The velvet is still soft, and I cannot see any other noticeable damages - but please keep in mind that this is almost two decades old and i might have missed minor imperfections. The belt is shirred but the skirt isn't, so I recommend sticking to the 62CM waist measurement.
