Overview
This is a black Shirring Hem Scallop JSK by Baby, The Stars Shine Bright from 2007. It comes with the back corset lacing ribbon, but I forgot to put it on for the photos.

Size
This dress has full shirring so it will fit a range of sizes. I’m a US size 6 and it fits me, according to Lolibrary it has a max bust of 117cm (46”) and a max waist of 98cm (38.5”.) The length is 88cm (34.5”.)

Condition
I got the dress secondhand, and one of the straps was starting to detach from the bodice on both sides, so I sewed it back in thoroughly. The sewing is amateur but it has held up through a couple of gentle washes.
Otherwise, the dress is in great condition! It has been stored flat and only hung up for the pictures.

Materials
The wash tag says "100% Cotton” for the exterior, with a polyester lining.
