New! Bought new from a friend and she never wore them. I've never worn them either. No scuffs or scratches.
Note there are some markings on the straps where they circled where the holes for the strap are meant to go in (3rd photo). I've never tried to remove the markings . You can also see some yellow glue on the inside of the shoe (3rd photo).

Basically this auction is priced low since the main expense is for the buyer to pay for the shipping $14 USD. Because of high shipping cost, and this being an auction based sale, I am not shipping this item overseas. XD It just isn't worth the cost of shipping.
