almost like new condition

I'm selling this dress due to quitting lolita altogether. This beautiful dress is from 2007, but it barely looks like it's worn at all. The fabric is very sturdy so the dress is a bit heavy. It keeps it's shape beautifully. Dress is recently washed and I found no stains or pilling. I am at least the second owner, but it has been beautifully kept throughout. 
There's also a possibility to buy an a-line petticoat that fits it alright, it's not 100% perfect but it works. I would ask 10 euros for the petticoat.
Shipping within Europe mainly! I can ship outside Europe as well, if someone is really interested, but it is quite expensive. Postage within Europe is 25-30 euros, so I ask for 25 let it be a little bit less or a little bit more, because I don't have the time to run back and fort the post office to weigh, measure and check the price beforehand. 

lenght from shoulder strap to hem: 92 cm
waist: ~60 cm, shirring gives +10 cm so will fit around 58 to 72 cm waist comfortably I think.
