A white cotton petticoat from Taobao (42Lolita). Has been worn multiple times by me but is in good condition.

Features:
Made of good quality cotton
50cm length
Can be worn as petticoat or outer skirt
Provides a small amount of structure/poof to lighter weight skirts
Cute broderie anglaise & insert/ladder lace details

Flaws:
Ribbons were tied & trimmed by myself and are fraying at the ends (see last photo for example)
Loose threads on the lace trim
Max waist stated on Taobao page is 105cm but I don't think it goes that far - would recommend being less than 90cm for comfort reasons
