The JSK has had the tags removed, but the socks and barrette still have the tags on them.
Bust: 83 - 105cm (amateur measurement - it might go a little bigger, but no higher than around 110 MAX)
Waist: 68cm - 88cm (amateur measurements)
The straps can either be worn crossed in the back, or worn straight to make the bodice shorter/longer, as desired. I've also seen people wear it as a halter neck, so make the bust more comfortable, but I've not tried it myself.
