It has a lacing detail on the sleeves and princess sleeve cut that puffs on the shoulder and flares out near the wrist. Sleeve is not detachable. Has slightly shirring on the waist
The only thing is I'd recommend you get this if you have small arms, since the cuff on the upper arm is quite tight for me
