Apologies for the late reply! My amateur measurement of the shoulders is about 13in shoulder seam-to-seam, about 17 including the actual sleeve. I had someone with 16" shoulder and 38 bust try it on and it was still a comfortable fit (it didn't quite close but it didn't look bad open). But I would say those are the max measurements.
