Sorry in the delay responding. It's 19.5" (49.5cm) down the back center seam from the edge of the collar to the hem at the bottom. The way the bottom is cut the sides are about two inches higher.

Yeah, they do. I didn’t really know at what point to measure the shoulders so I measured strait across between the seams where the puff sleeve starts, which is up high on top on the shoulder. If I measure to where I think the shoulda are supposed to fall inside the the puff sleeves I get 16.5” but that’s not precise. I’m not sure what the standard place to measure is with puffy sleeves.

The inner tag says M but it’s no where near a US medium so who knows what that means. It seems to fit more like a US xs? I’m a US medium my self and it doesn’t fit at all. My shoulders are 17” ish and it’s too tight on me but not by a ton. I wish the sizing was more clear, sorry.

haha no problem, thanks for being patient with my questions! my shoulders are 15" ish so i think it'll be okay. this blouse is too gorgeous to pass up even if it'll be a little snug (and with a jsk length won't matter anyways).
