Super cute closet basic with fun details in the front lacing and convertible skirt. The 3rd and 4th photos show the two ways the skirt can be worn. Additional variants can be created by only buttoned the back, front or side to show an underskirt. I measured the bust at about 34 inches and the waist at about 29 inches.

There was some damage present when I bought it. I replaced two of the buttons that allow the skirt to be converted between a tulip hem and a straight one. The buttons are white instead of black. Other than that I can find no issues and I think the fabric generally still has a crisp cotton feel.

Non-smoking house. I do have a cat but she is not allowed to wear my clothes and I lint roll everything before mailing out.
