On the inside there is some tulle, which gives it enough poof that if you wanted to wear it casually on a hot day you could get away without a petticoat and it would still have a great shape.

I bought this second-hand from closet child. It has a little bit of piling but it's in great condition. It's quite soft.

This is a free size skirt, would fit S-L and XL as well up to a point. Very stretchy! My waist is 33 inches and it fits me comfortably. I think it could be comfortable on a waist up to 36 inches, and then it might lose its shape a bit.
It coordinates best with navy or a very dark purple.

The length is medium, it comes to my knees (I'm 5'5"). If you're a short lolita, this will be great for you!!
