I've only tried it on, I own a longer version of this dress but this one seems to be a bit smaller.
Around 92cm long (adjustable straps), I recommend sticking to a max ~95cm bust and ~72cm waist. It can stretch more but since the fabric is quite light it could look unflattering.
The straps & padding can be removed. There are two layers of bottom frills and a light built in petti, so it has a nice shape worn on it's own.
