I preordered this from taobao based on the measurements provided and they did not turn out to be accurate which is a pity because this is such a cute dress. It's only been tried on and still has all the tags. The dress is made from a cotton. The KC is a two way clip and has not been opened. The heat on the front of the JSK is removable. The waist ties are not removable. There is partial shirring but it is not that generous. I ship with USPS flat rate packages so please check with me for international shipping quote. I live with cats and will lint roll this before I ship it out.
