Being Plus size, I have 130cm hips and this is a challenge for me to get on and off. But comfortable at the waist.
I also have sold the dresses I paired with most and am transitioning gold out of my wardrobe.
Great condition, gently worn and never against the skin, I always wore it over my hoops.
It is advertised as a petticoat, but I consider it an underskirt more than a petticoat.
The volume is at the ends and not the hips.
