Super beautiful! Very sparkly. The sparkles are holographic. I'll attach pics both under incandescent light and with flash, and a couple under a dress. Never worn or tried on. I have too many underskirts.

This is supposedly 70cm, but that measurement does not include the length of the stars. When I measured it from the top of the waist to the bottom of the last ruffle, it was 67cm; including the stars, it was 76cm. This would be perfect for OTT sweet or classic, or if you're just feeling a bit extra.  According to boguta.taobao.com, their underskirts fit waists from 60-90cm.

I'm changing this from NWT to NWOT because I dunno if it ever had a tag, but if it has one now I can't find it ;) Could be hiding under a ruffle
