Bodyline White Heart Button Frill Blouse (L574) Size 4L NWT (Minor Stains)
I've only tried this on once, but the sleeves were too tight for me.
This blouse does come with detachable sleeves.

The previous seller noted the small grey stains on the bows on the collar. Since this is new with tag, I'm assuming the stains came from Bodyline.
